Sale Agreement - Deposit
The Sale Agreement - Deposit is suitable for horse sales where the seller requires a 10% non-refundable deposit to be paid. The agreement is 6 pages in total and includes the following:
10% non-refundable deposit;
remaining 90% of price to be paid in full by a date to be specified and written into the contract;
the horse’s registration papers and vaccination records;
title and risk passing;
vet check;
basic warranties: seller must disclose all health and soundness conditions, vices or behavioural issues; and
standard termination provisions.
