Absolutely! We offer 4 contract templates, each tailored to a different transaction type:
Horse Sale Contract - covers a “standard” sale arrangement (with or without a deposit).
Sale Contract (Payment Plan) - the buyer pays off the purchase price in monthly instalments.
Sale Contract (Trial) - the buyer takes the horse on a trial period before deciding to purchase.
Lease Contract - designed for standard “off property” arrangements, where the lessee takes the horse to live in a different location (ie. away from the owner) during the lease period.

Yes. The contract templates have been drafted by an equine lawyer for use in Australia. Each contract template allows you to insert the name of the state or territory that applies to your arrangement. If you’d like advice on law specific to your state/jurisdiction, please contact us.

When you buy a contract template, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the contract for your own personal use. You must not copy any part of the contract, re-use it, or send it to someone else to use.

The contract templates are in PDF format with blank fields throughout for you to complete to reflect the unique features of your arrangement.

The 4 contract templates available for purchase reflect the most common sale and lease arrangements. However, minor amendments to terms or timeframes can be changed if required to suit your situation - simply write the change into the template at the time of signing, and have both parties sign next to the amended part.

If, within 14 days of your purchase, you believe that the template did not meet your needs or expectations, you may request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please email PURE Equine Law at admin@pureequine.com.au within 14 days of the purchase date and provide a brief explanation as to why you feel the product did not provide the value you expected. This feedback allows us to continually improve our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
